WHISTLEBLOWING REPORTS

In implementation of the EU Directive 2019/1937, Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 was issued concerning the protection of persons who report violations of EU law and national regulatory provisions (Whistleblowing). Rugger S.r.l., which is affected by the legislation, has therefore introduced a reporting system in accordance with the provisions of the Whistleblowing Decree.

OBJECT OF THE ALERT

Recipients of the legislation are obliged to report information concerning violations (i.e. conduct, acts or omissions) that are detrimental to the public interest or to the integrity of the entity and that constitute a violation of national or European legislation or that consist of unlawful conduct relevant under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, or violations of organisation and management models. The reports must relate to unlawful conduct of which the person has become aware by reason of or on the occasion of the employment relationship.

THE REPORTING MANAGER

Rugger S.r.l. has appointed the Internal Audit, Risk and Reputation Department of Gesco s.c.a. as Whistleblowing Manager. As the channel manager, the Internal Audit, Risk and Reputation Department of Gesco s.c.a. guarantees and supervises the integrity, independence and effectiveness of the Company’s whistleblowing processes and procedures.
